About "Pix of the Litter"
“Pix of the Litter” was created by my friend and mentor, Sarah Wilson. She
gave me the support and encouragement I needed to build my canine photography
business and encouraged me to become certified in canine obedience training.
Sarah taught me how to handle issues with my rescue Chesapeake Bay Retriever
Charlie and helped me to form the strongest bond I’ve ever had with a dog.
Charlie was special and Sarah showed me that. After Charlie passed, she gave me
the emotional support to continue on with “Pix of the Litter.”
Upon moving back to rural PA, I met my best friend Nancy, after suffering the
loss of Charlie. I wasn’t sure I wanted to continue with Agility Trials, until
meeting Nancy. She gave me the encouragement and friendship I needed to
continue. Nancy has two wonderful Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Nash and Carrie,
who helped heal my heart. Nash graces the “Pix of the Litter” banner, he’s
brought me a long way. You’ll find lots of photos of both Nash and Carrie on
my website.
